Themes

For themes in photography you are given a topic, kind of like when you would write an essay. The beautiful thing about a theme is that you can make it into anything that you can picture in your head. Working with there young photographers has taught me that you can take 5 different people, tell them a theme, and get 5 totally different pictures. They still portray the same theme, but are very different in their own way.

Breadth

Breadth pictures are elements that you could see in a themed picture, but in these pictures they are focused upon to try and explain to others what this element in photography look like. Looking at these can also help you understand how to use these elements in your own photography.

Camera Skills

For camera skills, normally this would either involve a special way of using your camera to take a picture, or taking a picture and editing it to make it have a cool effect.
